Best Cadet Company in the Corps

During our Cadet years, the Corps consisted of two Regiments with three Battalions per Regiment and four Companies per Battalion.  This created a total of 24 Cadet Companies.

Cadet Companies competed with one another in every aspect of Cadet life; sports, academics, leadership, comradeship and many other areas that are difficult to rate.

Therefore, it was a particularly satisfying moment for those present when, during our 45th Reunion, that Distinguished Graduate of USMA and Retired LTG R.G. Trefry, Class of 1950, could announce that, in his opinion, Cadet Company H-2 was clearly the "Best Cadet Company in the Corps".

His opinion was accepted and modestly shared by those present who had been in Company H-2.  They are shown below with LTG Trefry.
